Feng shui: what to eat according to your Constitution

Feng shui: what to eat according to your Constitution. We have already seen that according to Feng shui and traditional Chinese diet, foods are divided into three major groups:
  • Yin foods.
  • Yang foods
  • Neutral foods.
Feng shui: what to eat according to your ConstitutionYin foods include algae, fish, tubers, germinated soybean, tofu, apples, lemons and bananas. Milk and soft cheeses are yin. The salads with fresh vegetables are considered a dish yin. Very yin foods are considered to be sugar, pastries, ice cream, non-natural juices, refined oils and alcohol.

Among yang foods are salt marine, red meat, cured meats and cheese, among others.

Considered neutral foods (those that are not characterized by any kind of dominance between the yin or yang) are rice and cereals.

Foods and Feng Shui

To achieve good health, both physically and mentally, will have to achieve a balance between energy yin and yang. To do this, from the point of view of Feng shui, we know if our Constitution we are predominantly yin or yang.

If we are primarily yin, we increase the consumption of foods yang and if we are more yang, we do the opposite and consume more food type yin.

Feng shui: what to eat

Types of Constitution Feng shui:
People with excess yang: they tend to be large, heated people, tend to sweat quite, are hyperactive and like to eat and drink abundantly.

People with excess of yin: they often have tendency to overweight, tend to also have the hands and cold feet and retain liquid easily. They need much sleep.

People with little yang: they tend to be thin, suffering from fatigue, speak in a soft and low voice and almost always feel cold.

People with little yin: thin people, skin dry and warm even if their body temperature is low.

Based on these four major groups of Constitution Feng shui, we can deduce which foods must consume more in our diet and foods less, although we will never remove any food group because we would fall into disequilibrium.

To achieve health, we have to keep our vital energy in balance and in harmony with the rest of nature.
