Reiki Positions in a Session

Positions of reiki. When you decide to begin the first grade of reiki, you have to learn both the position of the hands to do therapy, which is with the Palms down and slightly puffed, as the various positions of the body.

As a general rule, we follow the chakras line adding head, arms, and legs, keeping 3 minutes at each position. This is made by front and behind the person, giving place to a session of some 50 minutes approximately.

To complete the session we must wash our hands with warm water and soap before starting, putting a candle, some incense, and some quiet background music.

Is recommended to do sessions in a reiki bed, but it can be done in an armchair, in the regular bed or in the soil, lying on a carpet. You have to pretend to be comfortable both, the patient and the therapist.

Reiki Positions: intuition

Over time we need to learn to be guided by reiki, we usually leave this general scheme but we must not scare, reiki is our master and it is which leads us to the areas most needed of energy.

The trend is to start by the head, but can happen that our hands are guided directly towards other areas or chakras.

In addition to the positions of hands also can vary the time dedicated to this position, but is more normal that notice how that area absorbs the energy and how the hands are glued to it. It is also very normal that the hands are parallel in the same area of the body.

There are some positions that are very practical; for example, when it comes to the cleaning of small chakra, where it gets a hand on the chakra that we are going to clean and the other on the crown chakra and we're as well for about five minutes, then we changed hands and are another 5 minutes and finally passed hands to the chakra for another 5 minutes.

With this supply of energy and if the chakra not is excessively dirty is clean without any problem.

Other positions of reiki I think it is very important is to give much reiki in feet.

The feet are the union with the Earth and help that energy occurs at the level of reality and all the other reiki chakras take weight and not only remain as something volatile that can even make us be more clouds than in this world.
